Special plast and 0,1 mm solid stainless steel create the conditions for a very stable and flexible 7 mm spacer bar with high stability and good bending qualities. This combination gives a UNIQUE combination of a very LOW Psi value and workability on all known bending machines. The plast has the advantage that it can be bent in cold condition, and does not bend back again, in combination with the stainless steel back it gives excellent corners and straight sides on the frames.
