Warm edge solution for lowering U-values significantly compared with Hybrid spacers
MULTITECH-P G is our brandnew developed, very stable and modern warm edge profile made of PP glasfiber-reinforced plastic and a unique, gas-tight foil on the rear side, which ensures a fully sealed pane system.
Its special design gives the profile high frame stability and U-values at the lowest end of the scale.
It can be bent after being heated, it can be welded using special equipment, or it can be used with completely traditional corners.
We have started production in 5 sizes - 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 mm - can be supplied in 7 different colors (see the TDS below)
The unbending facts
- Profile height: 6.5 mm
- Low thermal conductivity of only 0.17 W/mK in the two box value
- The profile can be bent with the aid of heat or welded
- The profiles can be assembled with corners yet providing a high level of stability.
